What is Fever?
Fever means a condition in which your body temperature rises above the normal range of 98 to 100 degrees Fahrenheit which is 37 degrees Celsius. Your body temperature fluctuates throughout the whole day but when the body temperature reaches above the 38-degree centigrade then it is considered as fever. Fever is described as a condition in which your body fights a battle against illness.
It can also be possible that fever occurs without any cause or specific reason. Or it might also happen that fever occurs due to some sort of viral infection or maybe this fever is the result of any fatal bacterial infection.
The best way to check your body temperature is with the help of thermometer but if the thermometer is not available then there are other several methods to check your fever. But the method of checking body temperature through thermometer is the most accurate method. But in case of unavailability of the thermometer, you should go to examine other symptoms with which indicate that you are suffering from fever. 1. Feel Tired And Clammy
Fever is commonly accompanied by feeling tired followed by extreme fatigue or you feel really exhausted. In a fever, people refuse to get out of bed. Specially children when suffering from fever feel tired and refuse to go out for playing.
2. Feel Extreme Pain In Your Body
Body ache is the most common symptom of fever. Person feels pain in legs and especially in muscles and joints.
3. Feeling Severe Headache
A headache is also common during you suffer from fever.
4. Warm Forehead
This is the most common and easiest method to check about your fever without a thermometer. Check the forehead of the person with the back of your hand. If you feel it hotter than usual, then you are suffering from fever.

8. Vomits And Feeling Nauseous
These two are also included in common symptoms of fever. People feel nauseated during fever. Or if they eat something it vomits. Because their stomach becomes weak due to higher body temperature. Or they also feel difficulty in swallowing food.
9. Feeling Cold
During fever, you feel cold chills. Or you don’t want to come out of a blanket. Because your body temperature often fluctuates during fever. Sometimes it is down or sometimes it is high. So, the person may shiver or can also experience sweating during suffering from fever.
When a person suffers from fever then dehydration can easily attack him. In a fever, if you feel the colour of your urine darker than usual routine then it is the indication that you have become dehydrated. The best solution to get rid of it is that you take plenty of juices or other soft liquids to reduce dehydration.
